Skateboard at the Design Museum

The first major UK exhibition detailing the evolution of the skateboard, from its first design in 1950s to the present day, including its history from humble homemade beginnings to today's technologically advanced models. The exhibition showcases around 90 rare boards, including Tony Hawk’s first ever professional model, and is even home to a skateboard ramp, offering skaters the rare opportunity to skate inside a museum!
