Fresh Pasta Masterclass By Simone Remoli

Led by founder Simone Remoli, born and raised in Rome with a number of much-adored restaurants operating in London; the pasta masterclass teaches guests how to prepare Italian homemade pasta from scratch with traditional methods and practices. Using only the best seasonal ingredients and a traditional manual pasta machine, the two-hour class will make guests feel like a professional as they prepare two different shapes of pasta of their choosing; Tagliatelle and Penne or Ravioli and Tortellini.

The venue, Bakehouse at Signorelli, is an Italian artisan bakery and a lovely addition to Stratford’s newly built East Village on the East side of the city. The interior is modern with an industrial edge, serving its customers delicious pasta dishes alongside coffee and pastries on a daily basis. Upon entering the pasta masterclass, guests will be greeted by a crisp glass of prosecco and are encouraged to sit back and watch as Simone performs his magic, showcasing every step of the process with the fluidity of years of experience and passion. The masterclass provides you with all of the ingredients and tools that are required to replicate the process and to make your own fresh pasta with Simone on hand to guide you through to the very end.

After the lesson, guests can watch in awe as Simone then cooks with the freshly made pasta and creates two dishes with his signature sauces for all to enjoy with glasses of well-earnt wine, as Simone says “only the best”.
