Oriole, a world-renowned basement bar, closed its doors in December. However, they’ve returned to London's drinking scene thanks to a new collaboration with The Hoxton Southwark. Taking over The Hoxton's glamorous mezzanine bar, Oriole are shaking up delicious drinks once more - for three whole months in fact. A concoction you must try has to be the Cape Verde, combining gin, leaf port, fino sherry, amaro santoni, and pink grapefruit tonic.

7. Enjoy the Colourful boats at IWA Canalway Cavalcade
